Founders
Amberlyn brings personal passion and lived experience to All Under One Roof Community Services. As Program Director, she oversees resident support, program development, and the day-to-day operations that make our transitional housing a true home for recovery. Her commitment to meeting individuals where they are drives every decision.
Nichrien leads the operational and administrative side of All Under One Roof Community Services. From compliance and facility management to community partnerships, he ensures the organization runs efficiently and sustainably so that residents always have a safe, structured environment to call home.
